SAN MICHELE
San Michele is an excellent starting point for easy, scenic walks, ideal for those who want to slowly enjoy the nature of the Formazza Valley. Among woods, mountain pastures, and open views of the valley, the trails are perfect for families and relaxed hikers.
SAN MICHELE –
ROSSWALD FARM HOUSE
From the hamlet, follow the farm road southwards. After a few hundred metres, you will come across the crossroads for the “Ross Wald” farmhouse, where you can enter the beautiful Pecci (spruce) forest and reach the pleasant structure surrounded by greenery.
SAN MICHELE - CHIESA
From the hamlet, follow the farm road south towards Fondovalle. After a few hundred meters, you'll come across the crossroads for the hamlet of Chiesa, where the parish church and the characteristic cemetery with all the same wooden crosses are located.
