FONDOVALLE - ANTILLONE - VOVA ALP
An easy route immersed in a beech forest. It follows the mandatory route from the village of Fondovalle, first leading to Alpe Vova and then, for experienced runners, to the ancient Walser village of Salecchio.
RECOMMENDED: For all runners looking to take their first steps in the outdoors.
TOTAL KM: 12 (outward/backward)
ELEVATION GAIN: 300 m.
RECOMMENDED PERIOD: Spring/fantastic in autumn
The Support Points
TOUR OF MORASCO'S LAKE
Leaving the car in the hamlet of Riale (Alta Val Formazza), follow the entire plain on a paved road until you reach the top of the Morasco Dam. From here, follow an easy, comfortable path around the lake.
RECOMMENDED: For anyone looking to train on a fast but high-altitude route. Excellent for FARTLEK.

RECOMMENDED PERIOD: From mid-June to the end of September.
